The McGuinty government will spend $1 billion less on health care next year than it will take in from its new health premium and federal health transfers, NDP Leader Howard Hampton charged today.
"Taking money that's supposed to go to health care and spending it on television ads, spending it on sewer pipes and God knows what else."
